When does a tattoo studio need a consultation or business review?
Not every problem requires a comprehensive audit. One specific issue may be resolved through an individual consultation. Repeated booking problems, inconsistent team routines, uncertain costs and unclear client communication are signs that reviewing the wider studio operation may be useful.
When is an individual consultation useful?
A focused consultation can address one practical issue, such as confusing deposit terms, an inefficient booking process, slow replies to customers or a pricing structure that does not reflect actual costs. We agree on the question first, then match it with appropriate expertise. We do not require access to passwords, customer accounts or confidential client details.
What happens during a studio audit?
A studio audit examines the agreed areas of enquiry management, day-to-day processes, team responsibilities, pricing principles, brand presentation and client communications. The intended outcome is a prioritised list of issues and a practical improvement plan. Implementing every recommendation or managing advertising campaigns is not automatically part of an audit.
Who benefits from start-up support?
For artists who plan to work independently or open a studio, we can help structure decisions about business format, premises, equipment, budgets and booking processes. Legal, hygiene, tax and accounting requirements must be separately confirmed with qualified local professionals.
Questions before booking a consultation
Can I book a consultation as an independent artist?
Yes. We can discuss the working routine, client enquiries, pricing and expenses of an individual tattoo artist.
Does the audit include running paid advertisements?
No. We can review brand positioning, portfolio and communication, but do not configure or manage advertising accounts.
What should I prepare for the first conversation?
A short description of the problem, the number of artists and your current booking process. Customer records and passwords are not required.
Can we meet online?
Yes. Introductory discussions and some consultations can take place remotely. Travel arrangements, if needed, are agreed separately.
