Frequently asked questions

Can I pay for training in instalments?

Yes, you can apply for training financing through Przelewy24 Raty. Click the widget next to the course price to see estimated monthly payments and repayment terms. The payment partner determines the final terms and financing decision.

Can I add a tattoo machine to the financed amount?

Yes, we can discuss a course and equipment package, such as a new or used tattoo machine for your future work. Its price is added to the course price. Before ordering, we agree availability, condition, package contents and the total amount. Financing the full amount depends on the payment partner’s offer and decision. The widget next to the course price calculates training only, without additional equipment.

Do I need my own equipment?

No. The studio provides equipment and consumables during classes. You can discuss purchasing your own set separately; equipment to take home is not included in these prices.

Will I tattoo a real person?

Extra and Foundation include supervised model work only after instructor approval. Models must be 18+, pass screening and provide written informed consent; they may be arranged by the studio or participants.

Will I receive a certificate?

After completing Extra or Foundation and meeting programme requirements you receive a studio course-completion certificate, not a state qualification. Individual lessons do not include a certificate.

Must the course days be consecutive?

No. We agree dates individually. Each course day covers six learning hours excluding breaks.

How does the group discount work?

When 2–3 people take an agreed course together, each receives 20% off: Extra costs 3,840 zł instead of 4,800 zł and Foundation 6,800 zł instead of 8,500 zł. These prices are per person, not for the group.

Can I start from scratch and what is the minimum age?

Yes, previous experience is not required. Participants must be at least 16; minors need written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Equipment, certificates and scheduling

Equipment and consumables are provided for classes. After completing the Extra or Foundation course and meeting programme requirements, participants receive a SKANDIK Tattoo Studio completion certificate, not a state professional licence. No certificate is issued for an individual lesson. Dates are agreed individually.

Paying for training

When ordering online, choose an available payment method, including Przelewy24 Raty. Financing is available only when an eligible payment partner offers it during checkout; SKANDIK does not issue loans. For direct in-studio card or cash payments, an initial payment of 20% of the course price is due at the start of an Extra or Foundation course; the remainder follows an agreed schedule. Rescheduling is agreed individually.

Training in instalments and your own equipment

You can pay for training through Przelewy24 Raty after the payment partner approves your application. The widget next to each course price shows estimated monthly payments and available repayment terms.

We can also put together a course and equipment package, such as a new or used tattoo machine. Equipment you keep costs extra. Contact us before ordering to agree availability, condition and the total price, so you can request financing for training together with equipment. The payment partner must confirm the final amount and terms.

What happens during training?

Practice and feedback

The programmes specify tasks: workstation preparation, design, lines, filling and shading. The instructor observes exercises and discusses mistakes. Practice on a person requires her assessment and approval first.

Individually or in a small group

Choose a lesson on an agreed topic, the Extra course or the Basic course. For 2–3 participants attending a multi-day course together, the group prices above apply. Dates are arranged individually.

Your practice matters

Tattooing is creative, practical work. Progress and later development also depend on practice and participation. A course does not guarantee identical work quality, employment or income. The certificate confirms completion under the studio’s programme conditions.
